You can select from a range of Sleep Programs, optional Soundscapes and Alarm Sounds - indivdual volume levels can be adjusted to suit your needs. Everyone has different sleep requirements so we encourage you to experiment with different settings to find the most suitable ones to help you best fall and stay asleep. Deep Sleep is often the best program to begin with and if you decide to use a Soundscape, remember that the Sleepsound volume should be 3-5 points higher than the Soundscape volume.
